  1. Disregarding what you no longer need is truly empowering. As you learn to do this with negative or destructive feelings, you rediscover a truly incredible lightness of being.

  2. I have loads of ‘old’ writings up in the loft. I think they’ll be going the same way in a few months’ time. I kept them because I thought that that one day there wouldn’t be any inspiration any more.

  3. Ah, Secret Simon…perhaps that is why I held on to mine, I think though, rather, it is because I refused to let go of the promise, could that be the same for you?

  4. Next time you feel like sifting through stuff I’ve got these trunks full of stuff and much of it isn’t mine; it’s inherited from not only my mom and dad but from my grandmother too. (not to mention my own rather large collection)
Stuff is so much easier to collect that to get rid of for me.
Wishing everyone peace, love and understanding.

  5. I wish I could get to the place where I can discard old writings and such. I’m such a sentimentalist. It is a blessing to be able to just let go. It seems so simple, it is so simple, yet it is often the hardest thing to do.
Peace, Light and Love to you and yours, . . .

  6. Enreal….yes, it is always the case.
    Rubyshooz…you have me laughing…bless you!
CordieB…loving the spirituality and heart of your site, thanks for bringing it here.
